The Hyde Park Executive Apartments comprise of 122 stylishly designed short stay apartments in a prime location on the north side of Hyde Park.

The elegant structure is close to a range of public transport making it easily accessible to the city and the West End.

The highly-trained, efficient and professional staff will offer outstanding service and attention to detail and strive to maintain a friendly and homely atmosphere.

This smart 6 floor structure, refurbished on 2007, is also located right in the middle of a very lively area where everything you wish is on hand: Shops, cafés, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Whitleys Shopping Center, bars, Banks and more.

Our reception is open 7 days a week, from 8 am to midnight. Should you have any queries at all during your stay, our reception team will be delighted to help.

Arrival Information:

Check in is available anytime between 2 PM and Midnight. Please note that the following documentation will be requested upon check in:

-Photographic ID (a photocopy will be taken)

Early arrivals:

If you arrive earlier than 2pm, please come to reception – we will be happy to check you in if your apartment is ready for you.

If your apartment isn’t ready, we can store your luggage in our storage room while you wait.

Late arrivals:

If you expect to arrive after midnight, simply contact our reception team prior to your arrival, and they will be happy to provide you with the relevant codes for the main entrance and for the safety box where your keys will be stored.

Should you have any difficulties entering the building please do not hesitate to contact our emergency contact telephone number, which you will find in our main door.

 

Payment

Please note that a pre authorisation for the value of the first night will be taken from the credit card provided prior to arrival on bookings for 1-13 nights. For bookings of 14 nights or more, a preauthorisation of 3 nights will apply.

Please be advised that reservations will only be fully confirmed subject to successful pre-authorisation.

The full payment for your stay will be requested upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards – though a 3% commission will apply to all credit card transactions (commission not applicable to UK debit cards).

In case of prepaid reservations guests will need to present the credit card used for payment together with a valid form of I.D upon check in.

Please note that services charges / city tax and Vat are not applicable

CANCELLATION/No Show / MODIFICATION POLICY:

Reservations for 1-13nights:

Bookings can be cancelledor modified free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival (by 2 PM)

If a booking is cancelled or modified after that period, One night cancellation fee will apply

Reservation for more than 14 days –

Bookings can be cancelled modified free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival ( by 2 PM )

If a booking is cancelled modified after that period, 3 nights cancellation fee will apply
